Danida

Danida is the term used for Denmark’s development cooperation, which is an area of activity under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark. Danida has responsibility for the planning, implementation and quality assurance of Denmark’s development cooperation. In January 2017 a new Strategy for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Assistance was approved. The strategy has four strategic objectives: Safety, peace and protection; Prevention of irregular migration; Inclusive, sustainable growth;Freedom, democracy, human rights and quality. Danida has supported the CSP initiative through its strategic partnership with Oxfam IBIS and with a particular focus on innovation.
